Meet Your Guide — @MagicalWishMom

Hi friend! I'm Caitlin - a Wish mom, a many-times Disney traveler, and an independent travel advisor with Firefly Travels. Our family walked Jonah’s medical road first, and we went on his Wish Trip in 2025. What has stayed with me, though, is watching families come home from their Wish Trips  disappointed. The trip was generously granted and partially arranged—but many parents assumed “planned” meant “itinerary,” and no one warned them that they're given a blank week to do what they want, and starting with a blank slate can be so overwhelming! Expectations they didn’t know they had went unmet. It continues to break my heart.
So I built Magical Wish Mom to close that gap. I help you define what “magical” means for your child, sketch your anchors first, set realistic pacing, and make the small choices (routes, food, sensory breaks, mobility, photos) that turn a Wish into a week of wins. I’m not here to overcomplicate things—I’m here to translate, simplify, and protect your joy.
Professionally, I bring the nerdy stuff—timelines, reservation windows, accessibility programs, GKTW rhythms, and day-by-day flow. Personally, I bring empathy, clear expectations, and a calm voice that says: you don’t have to do everything to have an incredible trip. We’ll decide what matters, plan it on purpose, and give your family space to be present for the good stuff.
